PBW: In Your Eyes

Yena had sore eyes last sunday, by monday i got it and was not able to go to work since then. By thursday the husband got the bacteria too. So we had a mini-vacation at home - all the three of us. We were only able to go out of the house last saturday night for the choir's practice and sunday for the mass.

see?! no more sore eyes! :)

And by noon sunday, me and some girlfriends went to the cinema to watch In Your Eyes.

In Your Eyes rate for me is 7/10

Ok, for the rate of 7/10 i think In Your Eyes is a good  film but i suddenly miss John Lloyd or Bea's acting since those two actors would certainly pull my feet to the cinema. Richard, Anne and Claudine are different actors i know but i have saw them on their best performances in the past so I expected a lot and i thought i would cry - but we i did not.

Hey it isn't only me. My girlfriends said that they miss JL and Bea too. That kind of drama was what we were looking for yesterday, actually. But this is still nice to watch with girlfriends. We had fun! :)

Miss you Like Crazy

Watched Miss you Like Crazy last Friday with husband at Waltermart. I won pehpot’s contest and got myself free two tickets for that most awaited movie date! Plus Ate Sheng and Paula who also won donated their tickets to me, Muchas Gracias!.

I had lots of movie tickets actually; the winners of the said contest didn’t show up at my work to get their prizes. But what do you expect from office slaves who like to unwind? My officemates, husband’s officemates got their share too! Some of them used the tickets last Friday to watch Percy Jackson while others will visit Waltermart on Wednesday to watch Miss you like crazy!

Movie Review of Miss You Like Crazy? You will not find it here am sorry.. I don’t make movie reviews but will just tell you how much I enjoyed the film. I was laughing, crying in between, super kilig and would love to watch it again if given a chance. I love romantic movies and this one is an addition to my growing list of favorites. Watch it now and you won't regret it!

Why I love AVATAR

Because it is written and directed by one of the greatest director in the world.. James Cameron. Cameron did wonder in True Lies, Terminator and Titanic so I told myself I have to watch this Avatar movie and am so glad I did.

Because Sam Worthington as Jake Sully is so “PAPA” I want to be her Neytiri for a day. LOL

Because just like the Na’vis I want to fly or at least ride a bird to take me to the air..

Because the film became the second highest-grossing film of all time worldwide within three weeks of its release, with a worldwide gross of over $1 billion. source

But most of all, I love AVATAR because I watched it next to the most good looking and sweetest husband in the whole wide world.

IN MY LIFE

Failed to make me cry! :) heheh (Ms Beng happen to share to me what happened to the three leads in the movie, so i already got hints while watching. And i am so anxious, the two bloggers might blog about how much i cry over the movie, glad i didn't cry! ihhhh )

Ms Beng, Pehpot, KittyKat and I were in Tokyo yesterday! Sadly Fedhz didn't make it and Kaye is in Baguio. It’s supposed to be a lunch date at Max’s but after planning and conferencing while walking under the heat of the sun we decided to head to Tokyo Tokyo instead. I finally met Kittykat who looks very angelic and nice in person. And by the way, that lunch/gossiping about blog etc etc took us 2pm to return to work!

Pehpot and Kittykat has been bugging me to watch the movie instead of returning to work and since I can’t say no to their nonstop appeal that left me no choice and went out of the office with them and head to walter mart to watch In my Life. (it was our first time to watch at walter mart and it sucks, the place smells like stinking feet, sigh)

The movie is quiet good. And I agree John Loyd outshine Ate Vi on their confrontation scenes. Morals of the story are minimize the use of phone especially in public it might lead to your sudden death, for gays do not marry Pamela for convenience sake instead marry your lovers mom and for moms listen to your children’s desires and listen very carefully.. ;)

PS:
I was only disappointed at that much talk about kissing scene of John Loyd and Luis.. hahah. LOL

DO NOT WATCH KIMMY DORA

... ALONE!

If you are planning to watch this movie please have somebody with you. Pay your brother to accompany you, ask strangers to sit beside you and have a few words with them before the movie starts. You have to laugh with somebody you 'know' while watching this! Ok, it’s just a friendly advice from me, but if you are brave enough to laugh alone and look like a fool, go on!

Ok, that’s exaggeration but seriously please watch the movie in group, the laughter inside the movie house seems lacking if you laugh alone in hiding. It’s nicer to laugh when you know you laugh in harmony with the group!

Alright, I am just saying this because I can’t watch a movie alone. I have never watched any movie alone and I will not watch any movie alone. And I have been asking only sister to treat me another movie date soon. I am eyeing In My Life or Yaya and Angelina ;)
Yes, my only sister treat us for a movie date yesterday! My sister and I, our husbands and husband’s youngest brother as our chaperon, we laugh our heart out and brought the house down! Yebah :D

Please postpone watching this movie if you are pregnant! LOL. But if you’re due November like my mareng pehpot, watch it asap mare! The laughter inside the movie house would give my inaanak sati some wonderful music to her ears!

Remembering Inspector Jacques Clouseau

We slept past 12 last night. The culprit was Steve Martin’s movie with Beyonce – The Pink Panther. I don’t know if we woke the neighbors up with our laughters as my sister who lived beside us texted me what we were watching with those earsplitting hoots my husband and I shared. But I never laughed at one movie like I did last night. In fact, my husband was laughing unstoppable even before we turned off the lights.

The movie is really heartwarming and action packed ala James Bond. Remembering inspector Clouseau reminds of the inspectors of Austin Home Inspection. Well who could tell the difference? For sure, both inspectors are doing well in both their fields. Whereas Inspector Clouseau has been tasked to track a killer and to look after the lost pink panther diamond ring, the Austin inspector’s undertaking is to check if one’s home is still safe and well maintained. One should hire an inspector before selling one’s home, as it is useful to both the buyer and the seller. As the inspector charges with a very affordable price, one will surely get a very dependable inspection reports, there isn't time to worry next on your future’s home’s inspection! Inspector Clouseau solved the case with flying colors, and I know it would be with an Austin inspector!

Ocean's Eleven

Nightly husband and i have been watching DVD's. 1030pm last night after our dinner, we tried out Ocean's Eleven no matter how dead tired we were. And i couldn't believe the sleepy husband watched all the way through the film's ending. I was screaming silently at some part careful not to wake up our sleeping little princess. This movie really caught me! Love it! :)

Aside from quietly drooling over the Hollywood's A list stars: George Clooney, Matt Damon, Brad Pitt (Love him!!! husband might get jealous hahah) and Julia Roberts - I am so into the movies plot..

11 men, 3 casinos, 150 million dollars, 1 chance to pull it off. Watch it and know how they did it! :) Nice nice! Clap clap.

I am very very excited to watch Ocean's Twelve tonight!

i am not feeling well since monday. my head is aching heavy giving me sleepless nights. yesterday i just couldnt made it to office, i decided to just took a leave. i rested the whole morning and decided to stop trying to sleep..

and since wednesday is a very special day being "our big day", the boyfriend took his leave for his brother's recognition day and then went to rescue me from my super aching head.. we decided to spend the afternnoon eating at cabalen.. and after stuffing our already full packed stomach we went to Robinsons Movie World and watched 300! aw! we really liked it that we watched it twice.. heheh!! horraahh!! no retreat, no surrender!!

after which we went home and the boys, decided to have their 'emote sessions' regarding pride, true love et al until the wee hour of the morning over bottles of red horse.. grrr. forgiven since it is johnny's graduation day! Congrats Johnny!

and i cant help overhearing all their woes, aches and pains.. and now i really would like to understand the boys more, i will be understanding my baby more.. and love him back!! all the more..
