Love doesn't make the world go 'round; love is what makes the ride worthwhile

i am such a careless mom. last night, yena fell from the bed onto the floor. remembering her wails, my eyes welled up in tears until this morning. it was the first time and i promise it would be the last! i just cannot forgive myself for being so careless.. i deserve serious castigation not only from hubby but also from myself!!

in our desire to have a date once in a week, hubby and i took our escape for break time over one sweet sundae cone (mine- with fries dip on it!) yesterday. i know, that is oh sooo sweet! i am so ashamed for being so brutal and senseless idiot for picking up useless fights to my husband.

if only i can overcome my postpartum depression and lessen my unending war and freaking nerve wracking emote sessions to hubby. sigh. i'm glad he can control emotions and still can ride with me all this time..

after our toothaching date, i got the chance to sneaked to our clinic and checked on my weight.. and yes, i lost another 3lbs. i am 104lbs now!! 4lbs to go and i am really back to my old mini skirt! cant wait.. ;p

while all prices are soaring high nowadays. i should have expected our bus fare to increase in it's highest peak. Our 39 km en route to office everyday is now worth a whooping P70 from P55. I can just sigh remembering my college days when that ride is as cheap as P28. Those were the days..

I'd rather..

After maglunch sa canteen, naglambing ako kay Hubby ng ice cream. Nasa isip ko ay yung world's most expensive ice cream from Serendipity of New York City. That ice cream is worth $1,000 and is called the Grand Opulence Sundae. The scoops in the dessert are garnished with 23k edible gold. Parang nerdy ang nagkukwento, di ko sinaulo yan kakabasa ko lang kasi sa bornrich. Ang lufet, kahit siguro manalo ako sa lotto ngayon, di ko sasayangin ang $1,000 taymis P42.90 convertion to peso, uhm P42,900 ko for an ice cream noh!

Neweys balik tayo sa kuwento, hayun nga knowing my husband who is very galante-not, hayun dinala niya ko sa Mc donalds para sa isang sundae cone. So napaisip na naman ako, would i rather eat that Opulence Sundae alone or that Mcdo sundae cone with the love of my life? Teka parang napakanta ako, (in the tune of I'd rather..) :)

"I'd rather have sundae cone with you..
than Opulence sundae in New York.."

Ang corny! Hahah :) LOL
