Losing weight is no fun, but losing weight having to deal with tons of side effects is even much more frustrating. I will still say that the tried, tested and sure-fire way to lose weight is to eat right and exercise, but some of us do need a bit of “help” every now and then. By help I mean metabolism enhancers, or anything that can help your body burn those fats faster than dieting and exercising would.

There are a lot of these coming out in the market, 100% natural weight loss supplements so you don’t need to fear about chemicals that will harm your brain or your heart. One of these is the green coffee bean extract. These are natural compounds extracted from raw and unroasted coffee beans. It is a good source of chlorogenic acid which is said to aid in weight loss. I don’t see the harm in trying, these aren’t too expensive, and again, 100% natural.
