July 27 a working holiday, Palace clarifies

MANILA, Philippines -- Malacañang clarified on Wednesday that the Iglesia Ni Cristo Day it declared for July 27 would be a special "working" holiday.
Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita made the clarification after the Palace on Tuesday issued conflicting statements about the holiday.
One statement said July 27 would be a "non-working" holiday while another one said it would be a "working" holiday.
In making the declaration, Malacañang said it was recognizing the INC’s role not only in the spiritual and moral formation of its followers but also the church’s contributions to nation-building.
July 27 is the INC’s founding anniversary.
The INC has been known to deliver a solid bloc of votes to national candidates whom it deems fit to be in public
I should be rejoicing UNTIL this news came out. Really disappointing. Thank you very much. :(

Hello mareng Niks.. super busy ang beauty ko yesterday bec YL was cranky and didnt want me to pit him down.
So I slept with him all the way though I still hv jetlag..

check-up ba?I didn't make it to the hospital,sa bahay lang ako nagpahinga.Ewan ko lang kung pahinga ang tawag dun--kami lang kasi sa bahay kaya ako pa rin ang hatid sundo kay Wakaba sa school,consolation ko lang eh pwede kong iabsent si Haruka sa pre-school para maihiga ang sarili ko tapos kailanga pang tapusin yung basket na ginawa ko kasi deadline na nga.Buti na lang andyan si giant baby para magluto sa gabi^_^
I'm sorry Niko but I think fair lang na hindi working holiday un July 27. If so, more and more religious organizations will follow suit and ask their own founding anniversaries to be non-working holidays too. Bka malugi na investors niyan, at di na mag-invest dito sa Pinas, at lalo tayong maghirap :)
But I know naman that you only meant well kasi you only want to have more time for your family. :)
