Day 1 of Grand Vacay: Makati

We fetch Nancy and YL Monday morning last week and that's the start of our grand vacation. Kat flew from Davao Sunday morning. So Yena, Kat and I braced the morning traffic in going to the airport - so excited to finally meet Nancy for the first time!

Back to Reality

I am back to work – back to reality of working so all ends meet, LOL. I wish everyday is an all expense paid vacation.

Let me laugh first for that childish wish, heheh. For now, I shall flood you with all the pictures on our recent getaway. The pictures are already sorted daily. So expect a post of day 1 to day 6 plus lots of pictures of food, water and smiles. I wish to sum it up on one post but it will be very long, it might make you sleepy like my Coron Trip in the past, lol. I am still thinking if I should post a picture of me wearing my violet bikini, for sure you won’t dare me to do that coz even if you do I won’t – for the love of heavens don’t wish for that one! LOL

But what I am really thankful about is meeting in person a friend so dear to me. From the bottom of my heart Nancy dear and if you are reading this right now, thank you so much! How can I thank heaven for having her as a friend? She gave me a lot already without asking for return, oh well she said she will come yearly for our getaway but next year it will be kat and I’s turn so I shall start saving now or try my luck on sports bets. I won my first ever contest and brought home my daughter’s Portable DVD on that famous KP Contest so I shall try my luck on sports betting to get extra cash on another getaway next year or every year.

My door is open for tips and tricks to earn while betting on sports, I have been so head over heels on blogging and the perks of it, and I am more than willing to try everything just to earn some more! And if posting my bikini picture here will earn me some bucks, I will! LOL Of course I am kidding.

We've been to our grandest (all expense paid) vacation ever last week. I am having a hard time posting all the pics from Ocean Adventure and Zoobic Safari in Subic and Acuatico in Batangas. Walking Zombie

Kaye and Pehpot's contest will end 3 hours from now - march 18. but hey i can still spam comment on their blogs til 11:59pm tomorrow, so i shall not brink an eye. i shall not rest.

now isn't the time to sleep. i shall deprive myself of sleep for a day. you think i can manage? i bet i cannot. but for the love of my Yena? For sure i will! ^_^

I shall be a walking zombie tomorrow at work. LOL

PBW: Hotdogs and Cars Weekend

My body is sore since last weekend - the main reason why i wasn't able to visit my alma mater and pay a visit to Fr. Al - i am still feeling sick while typing this. sigh . I wonder what we did until husband remind me that i carried Yena on our whole stay at the mall and on our way to his dental appointment. Yena is such a happy baby but when hungry she can be really scary. She would not stop crying but when she saw the hotdog and stick station - she behaved in an instant. She had two hotdogs in one sitting by the way.She knows how to ask for a pink bike or a pink car now from husband and I. I guess i have to prepare myself for another contest and try hard to win so i can bring this pink car home. LOLToday is her 26th month by the way. My Yena is growing up so fast, it seems like i can't up with her antics already!

Shhhhhhh

I have my internet connection at home, finally! And i cannot be any happier ^_^Husband applied at their wireless center yesterday and just an hour ago the installation team came and gave me the wish that i have been waiting for. I have an issue with this company so i won't disclose their 'good name' just yet.. This shall be my testing stage - and so far, so good!

Now i have to say goodbye to prepaid that costs too much for a hopeless connection. And its time for so long to WIFI at WalterMart. I shall be online nightly at home from now on!! Yebah!

PBW: Yena's First Love

Last Friday, I promised my daughter I will bring her to Jollibee the next day. She loves Jollibee so much - i think that bee is her first love - weeeh. Now she knows how to ask me to bring her to Jobee or MM (that's SM to her!). So last Saturday, after husband’s deferred dental checkup we went to SM and visit Jollibee.

The biggest fan of Jollibee is very happy! Look! The mother and child were all smiles ^_^Look she was jumping!!Look at that smile?! PRICELESS!

Last Sunday, we went to Baclaran and guess what? Dropped by at Jollibee again!The three kids had fun – just bring them to Jollibee and everything will be ok.Her full of gratitude smile last night.
Two days of visiting your first love will make you smile widely, i guess so! Jollibee on weekends? Wish granted!

My Comfort Food

I have been wanting to post this since the day i saw Marce Kaye's yellowish yummy corn, her comfort food. Corn is one of my favorites too BUT there is something with this chow that i find comfort. Must be because it is one of the easiest dishes i can cook every time i feel like eating on a very depressing day.

Spoiled Blogger!

I am not used to receiving gifts, blowing birthday cakes and celebrating occasions. In fact in my twenty eight years of existence i only got 2 cakes for my birthday. On my 24th birthday my ninang imee surprised me with a cake. And the second time I got to blow a cake was on my 28th birthday. It was a surprise from dear blogging friends. I am loved!

And yes, about gifts? I got the best gifts when I started blogging. Spoiled blogger, I am reaching the thin line of being a real spoiled blogger. I am scared. Since I am not used to receiving gifts, I might expect more the next years. That is really scary, right?! Bwahahah

Anyways, I am posting this now not to brag but to show my gratefulness to the friends online who showered me with LOTSA gifts! ^_^ I have been thinking of posting this for so long, thank God i found time last night! :)

Miss you Like Crazy

Watched Miss you Like Crazy last Friday with husband at Waltermart. I won pehpot’s contest and got myself free two tickets for that most awaited movie date! Plus Ate Sheng and Paula who also won donated their tickets to me, Muchas Gracias!.

I had lots of movie tickets actually; the winners of the said contest didn’t show up at my work to get their prizes. But what do you expect from office slaves who like to unwind? My officemates, husband’s officemates got their share too! Some of them used the tickets last Friday to watch Percy Jackson while others will visit Waltermart on Wednesday to watch Miss you like crazy!

Movie Review of Miss You Like Crazy? You will not find it here am sorry.. I don’t make movie reviews but will just tell you how much I enjoyed the film. I was laughing, crying in between, super kilig and would love to watch it again if given a chance. I love romantic movies and this one is an addition to my growing list of favorites. Watch it now and you won't regret it!
