Husband’s GUITAR

Help me pray for oppps pretty please. I have a guitar to pay through blogging money. I bought BIL’s guitar as a gift for my husband who has been our choir’s musician since last month. Actually I have my December opps to cover the guitar, I just need another opps to get by on my next month’s projects.. I have lots of projects in mind, and when blogging opportunities are scarce just like these past few days it is depressing.

But am so blessed to be stressed ---so there.. I just want to voice it all out before it consumes me.

And I have been sharing my Christmas projects here, I can’t blog about it BUT it went well… I am sooo thankful for all the blogging opportunities for this year.. It helped me finance all my little projects. I also wish husband will update his blog. It looks like it has been overlook for years already.. Though, I have to thank him for helping me finance my projects through his blog money, well he has no choice, lol. I just wish he gets to read this though, he's at home and playing nanny to our daughter..

Daniel is now in Heaven

Our little Daniel is gone.

I woke up all of a sudden today with an unusual urge to check who sent me SMS on a very early saturday morning. And as soon as i read the message, i forgot i was still sleepy. My eyes-- my weakest of all my body senses welled up so fast. I haven't cried so hard since my Father In Law died.

I have never met Daniel personally. His mother clarissa would usually visit me at work to share the updates on his condition. He has been going in and out of the hospital lately, but clarissa said daniel is fighting...

Clarissa's sms message today saying daniel is gone still doesn't sink in.

I am still holding on to february 2010 when daniel would finally be in taiwan for that 3M Pesos treatment.. and then finally making it through.. and then we will meet for the first time.. and i will see a little boy smiling back at me..

There will be a raffle for a cause on december28 for daniel. Luckily i sold my tickets to my officemates while husband has been telling me he is so shy to sell tickets but for the first time he will do it for daniel..

Our $3 for daniel project has a total contribution of $885.71... I am still hopeful for some $3 to come.. for daniel.. for christmas.. for the operation on february..

But his liver gave up just this morning.

And now he is one of the angels in heaven..

The Diet that really works

Dieting is not a big thing on Christmas time, Oh well that’s for me. December is that time of the year where loads of parties and lots of food are around. You don’t ruin the merrymaking season by saying you are on a diet and ignore all the delicious food around. Just like the saying that goes, when you’re in Rome do what the Romans do. I say, when you’re in a party do what the people do. Eat, drink and be merry! And forget dieting.. Let the diet season start on January!

Alright, I am just being the good conscience talking here. I just want you to enjoy the season while it last and think about your diet regimen next year. I know some diet program that really works! Have you heard about Bea Alonzo and Roxanne Guinoo’s diet? The 3 boiled banana a day diet. They eat one banana per meal or 3 bananas a day. It does a lot of wonder to their bodies, I should say! Some officemates are doing the same regimen and they agree. For the slimmer you, try it out now!

And for the vegans out there, there are vegetarian meals that will surely go on with your dietary treatment that will surely work! Start dieting next year if I were you.. So you don’t miss that lechon!

Nikoganda at WBE Blog of Fame

Almost all emails coming into my gmail account are SPAM; that isn’t surprising. I have lots of them every day. So it seems an ordinary day today except for one email that caught me by surprise.

I got an email from David Funk telling me that I am one of the finalists of WBE Blog of Fame. This is very flattering - -er overwhelming considering I have neglected my blogging duties for the past few weeks already.. I am so deeply honored for this nomination David, thank you very much.

Bubbly

Am back! I have been into deep slumber this past few days and am so glad to wake up feeling this good - great if i must say! You will know how much i love 'today' not only because husband will be going home from his 3-day trip to davao but also because i got a total of 5 oppps worth hmmmm. i wont' mention it here, a friend told me i brag too much about blogging moolah already, but i just want to share the joy. :)

I can now blog at home, thanks to clarissa (yes, baby daniel's mom!) for lending me her smartbro wireless. Did i already share here that she gave me her globe tattoo already (it doesn't work at home, bad signal again.) but smartbro has been behaving since i tried at home.. so i can now browse and be online.. when yena is sleeping ;)

But husband promised he would bring me pldt weroam tonight, it is much better than any other, i tried it at home and it's impressive..

I guess i will be blog hopping soon, please wait for me!

Update on Baby Daniel

Good news! Baby Daniel’s donation reached Php1.9Million already. To that amount includes the donation of $885.71 (peso and dollar combined) as of December 3, 2009 through our $3 for Daniel Project.

As soon as the total Php3Million is reached he will be flying to Taiwan for his operation hopefully on February 2010. Daniel’s mom is already in contact with Karen Davila of Channel 2 and hopefully by end of January they will be bound to Taipei.

I miss you. Yes you my two readers (do I have 2 readers by the way? lol) Anyways, if you are reading this because you frequent here, here’s my virtual hugs and kisses just for you! As I cannot blog anymore at work and I have been very very occupied with a lot of work lately I really don’t have time with my blogs. I just hope that next year will bring with it the internet connection I have been praying for. I will hear from GLOBE this week, I hope they can give me at least a decent connection just to blog and browse around blogs.. Am crossing all my twenty fingers with that! ;)

So you notice that this is my first post for December after my birthday post. It feels so sad without internet connection, I miss blogging, blog hopping, dropping entrecards, adgitizing and I miss you! Sound so corny but it is really terrible not to update my 5 blogs. I have been missing all the Memes. Sigh.
