Stay Calm
STAY CALM. That is what i TRIED so HARD while dialing DIGITEL’s numerous landline numbers. I have 5 numbers and I got no ANSWER!
Help me God am getting furious already.
I had paid the installation fee and advance first month’s monthly service fee last Saturday and they promised to have it installed the next day. One week has passed and I still have no connection at home and im getting very disappointed.
I am beginning to dislike DIGITEL.

it has been days of calling them and getting no update. am having a bad day because of this.
i want to stay calm BUT digitel's POOR service is really getting me. argh. i want to be good today.
I think they are better than smart in terms of service but we are both disappointed. It will depend on tomorrows visit to their office. If we get the good feedback, we will pursue and if not..let's do it in some cafe near our place.

nakakapraning pag wala internet talaga...well, sa akin yan, dependent na ako, kasi its the cheapest tool to communicate to my family eh
